We have a dedicated mentorship team that is led by alumni from top B-schools such as ISB, USC-Marshall, Duke, Wharton, and the like and that participates in every phase of the essay and interview process, from brainstorming and editing your business school essays to completing work experience pointers, awards, achievements, hobbies, CV writing, and LOR guidance. Where we differ from other admission mentors is that we don’t simply offer commentary on the essays you write – we edit your essays WITH you, for as many iterations as needed, thereby ensuring the most optimum use of your time and resources.
1. To start off, once you enrol, we’ll make a dedicated 4-person Whatsapp group for 1:1 attention where your Admission Mentor, you, and Paramjit Das (Founder and Academic Head for GMAT Verbal) will be added. This is to ensure a smooth and seamless coordination between your GMAT prep and your application process. One member from the admin team will also be added for any non-technical query.
2. After introductions, the admission mentor will take care of the end-to-end admission process related to profile evaluation, profile enhancement, essay edits, drafts, and further modifications. At every step of the journey, Paramjit Das will be in the loop in terms of the student’s GMAT prep journey as well as in terms of the application process, and step in whenever needed.
3. The Admission Mentor will create an analysis sheet that the student can fill out before their first call; this will give the admission mentor the requisite background about the student’s profile.
4. The Admission Mentor will have a profile analysis call (60 mins), where we discuss profile enhancement strategies for the target university and the required GMAT prep score. Paramjit Das will also be part of this call.
5. The Admission Mentor will have an Essay Analysis call in which (s)he will share how to create the story arcs for the essays and the accomplishments and extracurriculars to include. The Admission Mentor will also illustrate how to write the first draft of the essays.
6. The student will then write the first draft and share it with the Admission Mentor over email. The mentor will add comments and edits and send it back. We keep doing this back and forth till we are happy with the essays (generally 3-5 rounds of edits).
Additionally, we help you prepare for interviews by scheduling mock interviews with your aligned mentor and helping you understand what questions may be asked in the interviews and how best to answer them. Pricing and process details are outlined in the next section.

Upon receiving an interview call from the target school, your aligned admission mentor assists you in understanding what questions are appropriate for the conversation based on your unique context. Afterward, they help you finalize the content of every question. Following that, they schedule mock interviews with you so that they can give you feedback on the content delivery and make sure that you are prepared for the actual interview.
